Robert Freebairn OAM – Agricultural Consultant and Journalist

As an agriculture consultant I have been providing agricultural advice to Australian farmers, enterprises and government departments for almost 40 years.  As an agriculture journalist I have been writing articles for The Land and other publications for over 30 years. In 2003 I was awarded an OAM for my contribution to Agriculture, including development of more productive and sustainable pastures in NSW, and for fostering the development of the dual purpose winter wheat industry.
